• Room types: We offer single, double and triple rooms for head spa service; same-gender sharing may occur.

• Private room or same room with friends/family required? Please note this when booking and contact us in advance.

• Our booking page is designed to ONE person per booking("Add Another Service" on the booking page is only adding service for yourself), if would like to book with groups, you will need to do it separately each time or free feel to call us booking directly:

We kindly recommend arriving 5 minutes prior your scheduled appointment. To respect the time of all our guests and ensure quality of our service please note our late arrival policy:​

• Up to 10 minutes late: We may have to shorten your service at a discounted rate if fully booked.

• Over 10 minutes late: Your appointment will be cancelled and need to be rescheduled if fully booked.
