It includes a thorough cleanse, a relaxing massage, and a blow‑dry — perfect for a quick but effective reset.The 90‑minute Head Spa includes everything in the 60‑minute session, plus extended massage time for the scalp, neck, and shoulders. It also adds a soothing arm and hand massage, along with a nourishing hand mask treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For group bookings of 3 or more, a 50% deposit is required, which is non‑refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time.

How can I purchase a gift card?

We offer both physical and digital gift cards.· Physical gift cards are available for purchase in‑store. You can choose any amount and redeem them at our location.· Digital gift cards can be requested by emailing us at info@sakurahours.com. Please include the amount you'd like to purchase, and we will send you a digital gift card. We accept payment via EMT (Email Money Transfer).Digital gift cards are perfect for sending to friends and family — they can be redeemed at any time.

Do you accept insurance coverage?

Do you have Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) on staff?

Currently, we do not have RMTs on our team. Our services are rooted in traditional Japanese head therapy techniques and are designed for deep relaxation and scalp wellness. While our therapists are highly trained in these specialized methods, we are not a registered massage therapy clinic.
